Crunchyroll’s hottest show at the moment, Solo Leveling is winning the hearts of fans all over the internet. Over the past few months, the series has become a sensation and as the first season of the anime draws to a close, excitement is at an all-time high with viewers eagerly anticipating the next chapter in Sung Jinwoo’s epic journey.
Seeing the success of Solo Leveling anime, it’s quite evident that the series will be renewed for another season. And, it has become plausible following Crunchyroll’s little slip-up that has inadvertently revealed plans for an upcoming Season 2 or second cour of the ongoing anime television series.
In the recently released special Solo Leveling documentary on the streaming platform, the makers accidentally unveiled the character design sheets of Beru, the shadow of the Ant King, who is yet to make an appearance in the anime and will apparently do so in much later story arcs of the series.

For those who haven’t read the webtoon, Beru first appears in Solo Leveling Chapter 105 in the “Jeju Island Arc”. The current storyline in the Solo Leveling anime will take quite a while to catch up with Jeju Island, which suggests that the leaked images by Crunchyroll are from the future installments of already planned Solo Leveling anime.
Solo Leveling fans had long suspected a continuation of the anime series and the accidentally disclosed character design sheets of Beru and Cha Hae-In further support their claim. With the anime still ongoing, fans can now breathe a sigh of relief knowing that the next season or cour of Solo Leveling will not be too far away.
The Solo Leveling documentary replaced the Cha Hae-in and Beru character sheets. In other words, they leaked it by accident.
