Being a former tomb keeper who sought out the Egyptian God Cards, Marik Ishtar is capable of controlling minds via his powerful artifact called the “Millenium Rod”. Using this ancient relic, he can force targets to obey his every command under any circumstances.
With the Millennium Rod, Marik gets the ability to control the minds of multiple individuals at once. Terrifyingly, Marik’s powers also allow him to plunder his victim’s memories, render them unconscious, and control their bodies like mere puppets.
7. Ilumi Zoldyck – Hunter × Hunter
The Zoldyck family’s elder son, Illumi is a master assassin who gets a lot of his work done via mind control. His ability to control minds as a Nen manipulator is particularly unsettling as it’s done by inserting needles into the living or dead subjects.

Saiki Kusuo is one of the most joyous and strongest introvert characters in anime verse. Being gifted with psychic powers from a young age, Saiki acquires all kinds of abilities ranging from telekinesis to clairvoyance, but in general, he hates using them as they get in his way of living an ordinary life.
