The successful run of Tatsuki Fujimoto’s dark fantasy manga “Chainsaw Man” has finally come to an end as the series wrapped up its first anime television series by Studio MAPPA. With a banger season finale, the anime now heads to a new story arc meanwhile, impatient fans are now asking, “from where should we start reading Chainsaw Man manga after the anime?”
Studio MAPPA was in charge of the Chainsaw Man anime adaptation under the direction of Ryu Nakayama. The first season ran for a course of 12 episodes with a first-time record of twelve different ending theme songs for each episode. While the manga series of Chainsaw Man is still ongoing (Part 2 in continuation), MAPPA didn’t adapt the entirety of the series in a single season.
Out of the available 115 chapters, the first season of Chainsaw Man adapted the first 38 chapters, and the final episode ended in Chapter 38 titled “Samurai Sword Captured”.
