Sarauniya Carnival A good news to Northern Nigeria
The Organizers of Sarauniya Beauty Pageantry the Biggest Beauty Pageantry in Northern Nigeria has decided to bring a wonderful twist to this year’s edition of the power youth empowerful and social event. this year they decided to introduce a carnival to lighten up the stress the northern Nigeria has been through in recent times. they tagged the carnival: Good Vibe and by implication, Sarauniya Carnival will be the first carnival to ever take place in Kaduna in recent time. the Carnival will host food and fashion from different regions and state in Nigeria. they also employ the general public to participate actively in the event.

The maiden edition of the prestigious Sarauniya Food and Fashion Carnival (SFFC) would be staged on Friday, December 3, 2021 to December 5, 2021 in Kaduna State.
Towards this end preparations for staging the cultural and Food festival have begun in earnest with all the structures across the regions fully set to kick-off the preliminary levels of the world class show.
The theme of the 2021 edition of the Sarauniya Food and Fashion Carnival- GOOD VIBES, while the charity work centers on promoting the rights of the Northern Nigerian Girl-Child to education.
Consistent with our mission of celebrating one facet of our culture per edition of The Sarauniya Annual Pageant contest, Kaduna State has been chosen by the Management of the carnival, for promotion and celebration.
Accordingly, Kaduna State would have a special status and enjoy massive attention in our communication coverage. This involves celebrating the beauties of the State as the fastest growing destination, North-West Nigeria.
Events of the Carnival
The management has also reeled out events that will take place during the three days of the carnival some of which will include:
- Football Tournament which will kick start as from the 17th of November to 22nd November
- The opening ceremony expected to be filled with colours
- The colouful carnival procession across the great city of Kaduna
- Kokuwa Traditional Wrestling and Novelty football match
- Raffle draw for Okada Men and Market Women
- Live concert and comedy show featuring the finest of Nigerian musicians and comedians.
- Chasu Talent Show (CTS); winner goes home with N150,000 cash
- BURN FIRE Night
- The grand finale, which will feature the prestigious Sarauniya Beauty Pageant.
This year’s edition is open to all Nigerian girls from across the nation.
Sarauniya Carnival 2021 will also see participation from various cultural troupes from across the states in Nigeria. Dignitaries from within and outside the country are also expected to grace what will become the fastest growing street party in Nigeria. The Sarauniya FOOD AND FASHION Carnival is indeed redefining the essence of Tradition.
