The production staff includes Itsuko Takeda as the character designer, Minako Seki as the music composer, and Johnny Onda as part of the scriptwriting team. The author of the original manga series, Yuki Tabata is supervising the film.
“Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King” takes place after the events of the final episode of the anime series. The film is an original story centered around the previous Wizard King, Conrad who aims to use the “Imperial Sword” to resurrect the three most feared Wizard Kings in history and take over the Clover Kingdom.
