According to the early leaks, One Piece chapter 1059 is titled “The Incident of Captain Koby” and it starts with the introduction of the new Pacifista model which is called Seraphim. They are like big children with white hair, brown skin, and black wings. The next panel shows, Blackbeard attacking the Amazon Lily amidst the Marine Invasion.
He is behind Boa Hancock’s devil fruit power. Defending his country, Hancock turned most of the invaders (including Devon and Vasco) into stone. Besides, Blackbeard’s new bounty is revealed to be 3.996 billion meanwhile, Hancock’s new bounty is 1.659 billion. At the end of the chapter, Rayleigh is seen halting the conflict and Koby being abducted by Blackbeard pirates.

One Piece Chapter 1059 is scheduled to release on Sunday, September 11th. The release date can vary for some international readers due to differences in time zone but, it will be either the previous day or the next day of its initial release.
