LG OLED models from 2016-2019 receive a free TV Power Board replacement to prevent an issue where the power board could overheat and fail. It stresses there is no safety risk.

If you have one of the 18 LG OLED 2016-2019 models above – please contact LG on 1800 643 156 to arrange a replacement service. You will need the model, serial number, and the purchaser’s name, email, phone, and TV location.
The serial number will be in the system, and you can update details – the repair applies to TVs purchased new or subsequently sold second-hand.
Once the call is in the system, you can choose repair dates to suit – the replacement takes about 30 minutes.
